Paul Tse Kai Bo is also a senior financing consultant, serving as an honorary legal advisor and economic affairs officer for the Wan Chai and Central & Western District Industrial and Commercial Association.
Mr. Tse specializes in civil litigation and financing-related legal disputes. He worked in the legal department of Hang Seng Bank and the trust department of Standard Chartered Bank for over ten years, thus having a deep understanding of banking-related laws. He focuses on property transactions, civil litigation, financing-related legal disputes, and disputes between company shareholders and directors.
In recent years, Mr. Tse has actively engaged in handling financing cases, with many years of practical experience in domestic financing for Hong Kong companies. From 2004 to 2012, he visited mainland Chinese cities such as Shantou, Meizhou, Qingyuan in Guangdong Province, Shanghai, Beijing, Inner Mongolia, and Shandong Province multiple times with senior Hong Kong officials for inspections, successfully arranging funding and cooperation agreements for many enterprises. To date, he has assisted over 200 enterprises in financing, including listed companies and fund groups in Hong Kong and overseas.
